Warranty
Three Year Limited Warranty
Three (3) years from the date of purchase on all structural frame components; seat post and frame.
One (1) year from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component of the scooter is found, upon examination, to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be replaced at our discretion.

Six Month Battery Warranty
Additional Coverage
Batteries are warranted by Jenkins Mobility for six (6) months after the purchase of the unit.
Additionally, if ever your scooter requires repair, through our nationwide network of specialized service technicians, you can receive in-home repair service. A Jenkins Mobility field technician will come to your home to diagnose and repair your scooter!
